La Femme Lens is a film collective built by and for women and femme-identifying creators who are rewriting the rules of the industry. We are centered on community, collaboration, care, and representation. Our mission is to create intentional filmmaking spaces where learning is ongoing, rest is prioritized, and each member feels seen, supported, and valued.

We focus on BIPOC, queer, and undocumented femmes and women—the very voices too often erased or ignored in mainstream film spaces. Through community-led productions, education-based workshops, and a deep commitment to wellness, La Femme Lens fosters an ecosystem where emerging filmmakers can grow together.
